Have now used for 3 monthsI love this dropper
I have varified the grain drop with my beam / other electronic scale and this unit is dialed in. I have loaded over 500 rounds of 223, 308, 300, 6.5 creed and the worst varience I have seen 1/10 of a grain. I does learn the different powders and drops very quickly. could not be happier
Buy One!!!!! you will not regret

Read/understand the directions. It's truly easyAfter you read the directions, read them two more times while your brand new, powder dispenser is warming up. 30 Minutes is good
Take the time to level it and make sure your table is rock steady. Only charge cases with powder, no multi-tasking, no seating bullets or anything else that may jostle/shake your AWESOME DISPENSER! This is spot on and every error was my own doing, not the intelli-dropper. Buy this with confidence.

Old Dropper vs. IntellidropperAfter many years of using another powder dropper, she finally died. I went online to buy a new one and was blown away by what a new unit cost. Did weeks of research in pursuit of a cheaper option. Ran across the Intellidropper. Price was less than half of my old dropper but could not find any reviews. Bit the bullet and decided to take a chance. To my surprise, this thing is beating the snot out my old dropper. As an example, I’m currently loading 300 WM with over 71 grains of powder. It is taking 21 seconds on average for each load which is a whole lot faster than my old unit could do even when she was new. I check every load on a beam scale. Always have and always will. So far, only one load has gone over and yes, it told me it was over. And I have not used my trickler. I believe the key to its speed is the powder calibration feature. Bottom line it’s fast and consistent. The only unknown is longevity. So far, it’s a keeper. Less time at the bench and more time behind the gun.

Jury is still out.I picked up the Intellidropper with high hopes, but so far I am not sure if it is going to be a keeper. Right now it is consistently throwing charges, that when checked against a beam scale they are .1 grns low. I can live with that because of the consistency, but another issue us giving me heartburn. The scale seems to be drifting upward, aftrt being left on for extended period of time. I have been in contact with Frankford Arsenal and hope we can figure out what might be causing the issue. Fingers are crossed that things will work out.

Makes Charging Cases a BreezeGoing to this from a traditional powder measure is already a significant upgrade, but this quality of this product and accuracy of powder throwing is amazing on this.. especially for the price.. The integrated bubble level insures a perfect level for a consistent powder weight reading. The speed of the powder throw is nearly unbeatable by other electric powder measures especially with the powder calibration feature that allows the machine to figure out how fast it can throw an accurate charge of a certain type of powder, if you're in the market for a automatic powder measure look no further and cabelas has free fast shipping as well so it's good all around.

Wanted to likeI bought this in April after having looked for a while to find one in stock. I really wanted to like this and in some ways, I still do.
The setup was fast. I followed startup directions, turning on the powder measure, letting it sit for 30 minutes or so. I calibrated using included weights. I then calibrated the unit for the particular powder I was using. That seemed to work well. I then began to notice that the weight on screen would change. It began drifting upwards a a fairly steady rate of about 1 grain per minute. I could never get it to hold a zero and when I tried charging some brass, the weight flucuated.
I was really hoping this would work. I have sent it in and hopefully it will work correctly when it comes back.

Big upgrade - love this tool!I found one ON THE SHELF at Basspro and was shocked cause it is on backorder everywhere - I was in the store to buy powder to use in my old rcbs manual thrower. I took it home, set it up and let it warm up A FULL HOUR (which I feel is very important). During that warm up, particularly in the first 10 to 20 minutes I noticed it had drifted from zero all the way to .9gn. When a full hour had passed, I followed the instructions, calibrated the scale, and then completed the powder calibration. I decided to run the powder calibration twice just to see if it did the same thing each time - it didnt. It appears that the unit actually does learn the weight per rotation parameters of the powder it is throwing and can nail down better rotation speed for throwing charges. When that was complete, I put the unit on auto and had it throw 30 charges at 40 grains (RL17 powder). Each charge was verified on my RCBS M505 beam and they were all either exactly right on or within less than a tenth of a grain - hard to tell as the line on the beam and the scale frame were thicker than the difference allowed me to judge. Speaking for myself, I cannot shoot well enough to see the difference in under 1/10 grain and so I couldnt be more pleased with this unit. Sd's and Es's are unchanged in my pet load.
