Triangular rear loop reduces the gap between interconnected shanks to give your flies tighter, more integrated bodies. The triangular shape secures more easily in vise grips, even on the smallest sizes. Stronger than a ring eye, the loop eye eliminates chance of shank failure so you can land bigger, stronger fish. Extended wire tags run the full length of the shank to create an even base platform to wrap the thread and materials. This design improves strength and makes it easier to wrap with more precision.
