A small axe or hatchet has been one of the primary woodsman and survival tools for centuries. The rugged Estwing® Sportsman's Axe is unique in that it's forged from one piece of steel, instead of a steel axe head attached to a wood or polymer handle. Without an attachment hole for the handle, the axe head remains thin for superior cutting performance. The steel handle is wrapped with leather washers to provide a comfortable and secure grip. Overall length: 14". Made in USA.
