Eccotemp's advanced 0.7 GPM low-flow ignition technology allows you to enjoy endless hot water without experiencing cold spots. Manual temperature controls allow the temperature to be set and regulated at the front control panel rather than your sink or shower. Using up to 2 hot water applications simultaneously is a breeze with this tankless water heater. With an upgraded product control board (PCB) performance and an all-new gas-modulating valve, you experience best-in-class temperature performance at a price that won't make you hot under the collar. The compact, wall-mounted Eccotemp i12 has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display and PCB. This liquid propane water heater has been tested for use at elevations up to 2,000', and use above 5,000' is not recommended. The Eccotemp i12 Indoor 4.0 GPM Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater includes a 3" category III vertical-vent kit (adjustable flashing 0° to 30°, 12" gas-appliance shut-off valve, storm collar, rain cap with wind band, back-flow preventer, universal appliance adapter, and in-line drain pipe), mounting hardware, wall thimble, an 18" straight pipe, a 2.5" 90° elbow with back-flow preventer, a 2.5"x20" termination pipe, and a product manual.
