Upgraded Product Control Board and gas-modulating valve combine to deliver best-in-class temperature performance at an affordable price. Rated at 4.0 GPM with a temperature rise of 38°F, this 80,000 BTU per hour model offers advanced 0.7 GPM low-flow ignition technology for reliable hot water without cold spots. Use the convenient front control panel to adjust water temperature. This compact, wall-mounted model has 110/120-volt UL-listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display and PCB. Tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use above 5000 feet not recommended. Manufacturer's limited warranty (heat exchanger: 5 years; parts: 2 years).
