Manual temperature controls allow the temperature to be set and regulated at the front control panel rather than your sink or shower. Using up to 2 hot water applications simultaneously is a breeze with this tankless water heater. With an upgraded product control board (PCB) performance and an all-new gas-modulating valve, you experience best-in-class temperature performance at a price that won't make you hot under the collar. The compact, wall-mounted Eccotemp FVI12-NG has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display and PCB. This natural gas water heater has been tested for use at elevations up to 2,000', and use above 5,000' is not recommended.
