Daiwa Tatula 100 Baitcast Reel
The ideal choice for finesse bassin', the Daiwa® Tatula® 100 Baitcast Reel is the lightest, most compact, easiest-handling baitcaster in this popular series. With its unique Zero Adjuster braking system working in concert with proven Magforce Z and the T-Wing System, the Tatula 100 delivers precision casting right out of the box, with little or no adjustment needed. While you may occasionally fine-tune the brake settings to combat extreme winds and lure weights, on most days you'll feel spoiled by the consistent distance and accuracy Zero Adjuster technology provides. Like all Tatula reels, the 100 offers premium features throughout, with a compact 1-piece aluminum frame that firmly anchors its massive gearing for smooth retrieves under heavy loads. Easy turning Air Rotation spool; innovative T-Wing levelwind system for unhindered line flow at reduced angles; 8-bearing (7+1) system with instant anti-reverse; rugged carbon drag with up to 11 lbs. of max drag power; 90mm Swept Handle with easy-gripping Soft Touch knobs. Available in your choice of 3 gear ratios.

TatulasBest line of reels on the market. You can give this to a 8 year old their first time to ever use a bait caster and have no worries about back lash.

Great reelI own both Tatula CT and SV models and this new model fits just right in between them on price. It feels a bit more refined than the CT while not quite up with SV. The size is more compact than CT models but honestly it is not a "wow, this is smaller" feel. Performance wise it casts very well, great distance and near good as SV. The brake dial is bit tighter too, so it does not move if bumped which is nice. Over all another great reel from Daiwa!
