The Daiwa® Coastal TWS Casting Reel brings the advantages of Daiwa's TWS levelwind system to the saltwater angler. This revolutionary system allows line to flow freely through its wide T-shaped top section on the cast, reducing friction for smooth casting with exceptional distance. On the retrieve, the line drops into a narrow, lower channel for even distribution across the spool. Light and tough, the Coastal TWS features an aircraft aluminum spool and high-strength gearing, plus externally adjustable Magforce® Cast Control to virtually eliminate backlash. The 7+1 bearing system incorporates CRBB corrosion-resistant ball bearings designed to last up to 12 times longer than standard stainless steel ball bearings. Ultimate Tournament Drag system; 100mm swept handle with custom EVA knobs.
