Equipped with a fluted 28" stainless steel barrel treated with Nitride with Cerakote Patriot Brown finish, the OPTIMA V2 is easy to maneuver in the tree stand and comfortable to carry over rough terrain. It comes standard with a DuraSight® DEAD-ONTM 1-piece scope mount, a solid aluminum PalmSaver ramrod and a Konus 3-9X40 BDC scope and a CVA soft case for ready, reliable hunting performance right out of the box. Add in CVA's Quick-Release Breech Plug (QRBP) that can be easily removed with only your fingers, even after the gun has been fired numerous times, an ambidextrous stock thumbhole stock, and a CrushZone® recoil pad, and you've got a gun with more quality features than any other muzzleloading rifle in its price range.
