Happy to DisappointedI went from being happy with my cover to disappointed in my cover in 1 trip from Lincoln to Minnesota. Cover seemed to fit good for a universal cover, I have a 14 ft Lund and bought the 14 - 16 ft cover. I went from Lincoln to Sioux Falls and when I got to the hotel I noticed the (elastic) part of the cover broke and cover was completely loose. The next day drove the rest of the way to my destination and by the time I got there. There was a 6" hole torn in the cover from flapping in the wind. I also noticed that the back straps had been worn 1/2 thru from rubbing on the back of the boat. We'll see how Cabala's handles this.

lessen learnedI bought this to replace the Classic canvass cover I had for 7 years. When I took this out of the box I was disappointed to say the least. The canvass was half as heavy as the old one. The vents funneled the rain water into the boat could not send it back it wasn't defective just very bad design. It ripped right in half the third time I towed it. It was under warranty but I didn't want another one. Too bad they used to have a great product.

Good cover for the moneyWe have used this cover for two seasons. Our boat is stored outdoors. The cover has faded, but is still waterproof . The second layer has a few small tears. We added a piece of foam pipe insulation over the windshield when stored to prevent rubbing and tearing further.

Can not recommendI purchased this cover 3/3/11 and it dry rotted and tore in less than 22 months, that’s less than 50% of the warranty period. At this rate you may as well buy a cheaper cover and replace it every year. The cover was used outdoors and never used when trailering.

Great Boat CoverI have purchased numerous boat covers but this was the first for my Champion bass boat. It is 15' long and 84" wide at the transom so I ordered the 14'-16' LENGTH 90" BEAM WIDTH option. This boat cover fits the boat as good as any generic boat cover could. It fits perfectly length wise (so if you have a 16 footer you might need to go to the next size). Width wise it is fits nice and snug at the bow and transom with a little extra in the middle easily taken up with the straps.
The integrated straps are much easier to use than some of the others I have owned. Reinforced windshield area is nice and wide.
Will this cover fit a 1972 16 foot starcraft supersport. I think the boat is 16 feet long with a 78 in beam.
