CCI Standard Velocity Rimfire Ammo
CCI® Standard Velocity Rimfire Ammo shoots a 40-grain, lead, round nose bullet at the same velocity as their premier match rimfire cartridges to obtain maximum accuracy potential. CCI's tight quality control during manufacturing eliminates any variables that cause inconsistencies, resulting in highly reliable ammunition, with excellent accuracy. Producing minimal noise and muzzle blast at sub-sonic velocities, makes CCI Standard Velocity Rimfire Ammo an ideal choice for plinking, target practice, general all-round use, and small game hunting with minimal meat damage.

CCI Great ammoI have tried most of the upper velocity CCI ammo and found it to be what I need to do the job, whether its squirrels, to groundhogs. .The 40 GR Velocitor CCI ammo is my favorite.

Best consistent reliable ammoI tried a lot of ammo and a lot of it may be good but a lot more of it is cheap junk and bad for your 22 pistol or rifle. CCI has the quality for sure. Its very consistent, clean burning, and least jams. Pick one like the standard or high velocity and stick with it. Zero in to that and use it consistently and you'll find out just how good it is. There may be cheap deals with bigger boxes of the cheaper brands but it only costs you in accuracy, cleaning, and gun jams. I found CCI just as good as the competition brands too and its cheaper too. I use CCI now and have given away my other ammo.

CCI LR 38 Grain Not very GoodMy wife was using this ammo to practice for her CCW test and it failed to fire (FTF) 4 out of 10 times. Not very good at all. When it did fire it was very accurate. It was outside at about 76 degrees F, 68% humidly. It should have fired every time. We won't be using this for her CCW Test at all.
