Mmmm !!!Our thanksgiving dinner was prepared by my wife and daughter in law Amanda and what a great one it was. The injection marinade was very good. Turkey breast is some what dry, but not ours after she used the Lemon Butter N Garlic Cajun Marinade. Terrific !!!

Excellent!One of my many favorites! Lemon butter is great in poultry or pork. Smoked or baked but best on a can cooker on the BBQ.

great lemon garlic turkeyWhen I fry or smoke my turkeys I always use cajun flavoring and have never been disappointed.
