Top Dry BagIt's a good bag. Tough and durable especially on a pack mule. Never got a chance to see if it's waterproof yet but feel like the material wouldn't have a problem shedding water.

John Day River TripOutstanding dry bags, used all three, ( L,M,S ) for a 5 day river trip ,we got wet and nothing got wet inside the bags. I found the bags to light weight and easy to stuff and seal. Would buy them again. Also just got back from a camping fishing trip on the South fork of the Kern river and used the bags to pack my gear, again made everything easier, to keep my gear clean and easy to get to. It sure beat packing in a back pack , I got my tent, sleeping bag, mat all in one bag, and clothing in another. All dry food and cooking items in the third. It really made the trip that much better.

Essential for Canoe campingTook this pack into the BWCA for a 4 day trip this Memorial Day weekend (2019). It rained 3 of the 4 days. This pack kept everything in it dry. It was large enough to hold two -20 sleeping bags, two Therm-a rest sleeping pads, a three person/ three season backpack tent, 12' x 12' ultralight tarp and a small ultralight folding aluminum table with room to spare. Easy to portage as well.

Great pack!I recently purchased this bag to use on a fly in fishing trip in Canada. The bag is heavy duty and kept all my gear dry as it rained a few days. I was undecided about going with the backpack or the duffle bag but am happy with my decision to go with the pack. The straps are very comfortable and made hauling gear easier. For the price point, it is a great value!

Seam RippedThe night before leaving for a canoe camping trip I was excitedly packing my NEW bag and the top seam ripped. I admit I can be rough on a dry pack but I hadn't made it to the point of really stuffing things in it yet. I was simply putting some warm clothes in the bottom I was hoping I wouldn't need and the seam on the top flap that you roll down to seal the bag ripped half way across. I didn't have time to replace it so I put duct tape on it and hoped for the best. It made it through the trip but I had to be very careful not to rip it completely off. The rest of the bag seems well built but having to constantly worry about ripping the top flap off and then not being able to get the bag sealed completely is the reason for a 1 star review. If it rips completely off and won't seal out water what is the point in having it?
