Browning Maxus Stalker Semi-Auto Shotgun
The Browning® Maxus® Stalker is a rugged, ultra-reliable semi-auto shotgun, well suited for hunting anything from rabbits and quail to turkey and geese. The entire gun features a non-reflective, matte black finish that blends into the shadows of any game habitat; and a Dura-Touch® Armor coating improves your grip and overall shooting control in extreme weather conditions. Browning's Power Drive Gas System™ performs under harsh environments with a wide array of loads. The gas piston features large exhaust ports that quickly dump access gases produced by magnum loads, and a long travel stroke increases reliability with field loads. The gas-operated system combined with the Inflex II Technology recoil pad recoils considerably less with less muzzle jump than conventional auto shotguns, allowing for rapid follow-up shots and relative comfort even when shooting magnum waterfowl loads. An enclosed seal keeps residue out of the action for cleaner operation. The Maxus uses Browning's proven Invector-Plus™ interchangeable choke tube system that works hand-in-hand with a back-bored barrel to reduce shot deformation and deliver the uniform, dense shot patterns you need to wallop targets at long range. A vent rib with a fiber-optic front site and ivory mid-bead allows you to point naturally and swing smoothly, while Browning's Lightning Trigger™ provides a smooth, crisp break with a super fast lock time. The Maxus also features the Browning's Speed Lock™ forearm attachment system, making takedown for cleaning or storage a snap, and allowing for the easy attachment or removal of a sling. Browning's Maxus Stalker Semi-Auto Shotgun includes 3 choke tubes, one 1/4" stock spacer, and a magazine cut-off.
