The all-metal self-supporting design of the Bitzenburger Jig & Clamp accepts any shaft. Fletch straight, offset, true right helical, or left helical. Permanent magnet ensures precise placement. Self-centering nock receiver is adjustable for 3-fletch 120Á, 4 fletch 90Á, or 4 fletch 75Á x 105Á spacing. Includes clamp, instructions, and wrenches.

do it yourselfThe box the jig originally came packaged in with all the accessories was collapsed leaving everything inside flopping all around. The box the items are sold in could use some better securing of the contents. Once opened and all the parts were accounted for and checked to make sure nothing was damaged it was simple to use. I would encourage anyone who shoots to fletch their own arrows. This tool makes it easy. I found the blitzenburg on several other websites. Reading reviews from other sights warned buyers to make sure they got everything they needed and that the pictures were deceiving as to what you actually would receive. Bass Pro had the best straight forward package/price with the easiest way to purchase all you would need to get started.

Great ProductI wasted my money and time on one of the plastic fletching jigs several weeks ago and could never get a good set/hold with it. Yesterday I returned the plastic jig and bought the Bitzenberger and I absolutely love it. I just started fletching my own arrows, and this jig makes it a very easy process. My advice is not to waste money on the cheaper jigs. Spend a few more bucks on this jig and you will be much happier, plus you have way more options for customizing.

Only jig u will ever have to buy!!Had a dozen arrows just laying around that needed vanes. Looked at some of the quick fletch setups but I'm just not convened they're worth it. So I dropped the extra money on the Bitzenberger jig and I love it. Its a great product and will pay for itself in the first dozen arrows. Its easy to use and very well made. This thing will be fletching arrows long after I'm gone.

Easier than tying up your boots.I am brand new to building my own arrows. I bought this Jig based on reviews and recommendations. The Bitzenburger Jig is made of quality materials and it is very easy to set up and use.
I bought the right helical clamp and jig set up. I am shooting a 45 pound longbow with fixed blade broadheads, field tips and judo points. It takes about two minutes to set up the jig to match the shaft diameter of a particular set of arrow shafts. Just loosen the screws on the dials and move the magnets so the clamp becomes flush with the arrow shaft and you are set.
I am fletching and repairing new and used arrows for myself and my little boy. Aluminum, wood and carbon.
Arrow building is: Rewarding, fun, relaxing and most of all convienent.

Amazing productBest fletching jig on the market, will handle both arrows and bolts. if you get it for cross bow bolts make sure you purchase the insert for the half moon nock as it only comes stock with a insert for regular arrow nock's.
I have the straight jig, will the right helical work on it?

In product description it says 4'', I'm using 2'' blazer vanes and wanted to be sure it works before ordoring.

What is Helical? (ex. right, left Helical)

Helical means that the vanes lay to the right or left on the arrow. Right helical arrows will spin clockwise in flight and left helical arrows will spin counterclockwise in flight. Most prefer straight fletched arrows which means the vanes run straight down the arrow.
