Precision-machined with aircraft-grade aluminum, the Big Jon Sportsman Electric Downrigger features a high-torque, 12V, sealed motor capable of retrieving a 12-lb. cannonball 120' per minute. Just imagine that power on a big bite. The 2' boom is designed to be set straight back from the transom for maximum leverage and power. An adjustable disc clutch similar to saltwater reels ensures peak performance in your most memorable angling moments. This Big Jon electric downrigger comes complete with a clamp-on rod holder, a footage counter, 200' of stainless steel cable, a 4"x4" mounting plate with bolts, and a line release.
