Awesome baitI’ve used in the past and bought more and will keep buying. Catching crappie like there’s no tomorrow and if you forget to add some to the hook that’s the pole that don’t catch any.

Must haveI was using minnows no bites, 2 other guys where catching crappie. They gave me an old jar of this bait about a 3rd full. I then catch crappie to. That blew me away I now use this when fishing is tough. I use it all the time!

Crappie KryptoniteThese glow underwater small sized baits drive crappie wild. Simply place on bare hook or directly on jig and it does the rest, just be prepared to set the hook. My recommendation is to allow them to harden up just a bit so that it stays on the hook better and longer. I've caught numerous crappie using slip float technique and the photo attached shows what's possible by using these baits.

The bait last extremely longWhen purchased this,I didn't expect this to last extremely long. And it's not so quick to fall off the hook like the regular kind. Chroma glow is the way to go.

Bluegill and Crappie eat these upTried the Chromo-Glow version of these a couple of days ago at a local lake, and again just today. I simply put them on the end of a hook, with no other lure or jig or whatever, and these things worked like magic! Literally I would plop my hook baited with the nibble, and a sinker and a bobber, and within a minute I almost always would have a bite. Works as good as if not better than the nightcrawlers I usually had used.
Just today, I went fishing today at my local pond around 6:00 PM, and by the time I left at 8:00, between me and my wife (who had never fished before) we caught 9 bluegill and 1 crappie. This was even taking time for me to show her how to bait, cast, and catch and release fish!
They only thing I can say, like a few others had mentioned, is they can come off the hook easy if you don't "prep" them. What I do, is kind of roll the nibble around and "squeeze" it into a little bit tighter of a ball, then bait just the tip of the hook to where the tip of the hook is just barely showing through the ball. I haven't lost any nibbles yet doing that, other than the occasional missed fish due to me not paying attention. But yeah, I love these things, and for the number of fish you can catch with them, I like them better than worms!

Some issues, but it does catch fishI purchased this in the Glow-Chartreuse color. Blue gill are in love with these! I've caught bass, and crappie with this bait as well, but i catch an abundance of blue gill every time I use it. I recently paired this with the Berkley 4 inch Power worms, and that is a great duo that is guaranteed to catch you some fish! But there is a problem this bait, it does easily fall off the hook! But I still recommend the product, and will continue to buy it when I run out.
