The 1301 shoots especially fast—Beretta's rotating bolt design combined with the BLINK™ gas operating system make the 1301 one of the fastest cycling semi-automatic shotguns ever designed, capable of firing up to 4 shots in a second. Both the gas operating system and the generous recoil pad reduce felt recoil, allowing you to stay on target during rapid fire, while the aggressive checkering on the black synthetic stock provides a solid, non-slip grip under stressful conditions. With the addition of a pistol grip, pointing and moving the 1301 with purpose simply gets easier. The 1301 Tactical also features a robust, protected sighting system that uses a ghost-ring, rear sight mounted on a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail, and an interchangeable front blade sight.
