I can't believe it has any good reviewsI bought this for a youth model rifle.
For start you have to take your scope out or almost rip the thing in order to go in.
then trying to add the pads its ridiculous, you better by a roll of duct tape and make one yourself, it will look just as bad.
The pad won't line-up and if you press on it it will move. I'm definitely bring this back to Basspro, if it was $10 I wouldn't waste my time going back, but for $24 for a sleeve that almost ripped and 4 pieces of foam that won't even line up its just stupid.

Ok idea, poorly executedThe best thing about this kit is the selection of different thickness pads that allow you to customize the height of the setup. The sleeve part though leaves much to be desired. First of all, it’s way too long. I have a traditional style rifle stock and even though I tried to push the sleeve forward as far as it would go (right up to the pistol grip portion), it still went past the end of the butt pad by almost an inch. Also, despite the fact that the packaging states that there is a provision in the sleeve for using the sling stud, there isn’t. If you want to clip a sling on, you have to roll the sleeve pretty far forward, which looks really sloppy. Then of course the pads, which are already longer than they need to be too, stick out from the end and would have to be trimmed. If you could cut the sleeve without the stitching unraveling and it leaving an unattractive, unfinished edge, it might work. All told, too much effort. Returned it.

Still selling the first version as of March 2018Version two has a cutout for the sling stud. Will work just fine but your going to have to cut a hole for the sling stud.

works good, once it's onI have these on two rifles. They do work fine, but as others have said, are a pain to get on. I was lucky and chose the right spacer (pad) on the first rifle. Not so lucky on the second. With some effort on your part, the sock will go on and the pads will stay in place. Follow the instructions! That will help. If the sock didn't fit as tight as it does, it wouldn't stay in place. As far as the price, I guess it could be lower for what you are getting. But that won't stop me from buying another one. Nothing worth having is free, and this system works very well for the money.

Waste of time and moneyI purchased this product because it was the only cheek pad product available at my local Bass Pro.
After seeing other reviews that it was "a bit difficult to get on", thinking how hard could it be. It was such a pain to get onto my rifle that I nearly gave up on it. And once it was on it looked about as good as if I had tied an old t-shirt around my stock with a bit of cheap foam underneath.
Definitely save your money and buy a proper cheek pad for your stock that just straps or ties on.

Good ProductI began looking for a leather lace-up comb. A gunsmith friend of mine recommended this comb. I tried it and liked it so well that I ordered a second one for another rifle. It fits the stock snugly and the spacers allow you to adjust the comb height perfectly. It is a bit tight to get on, but if installed properly, it is worth it.

Not greatI bought this product a while ago, and I used it for several outings to the gun range to shoot skeet, trap, and sporting clays. I used this product on my Remington 11-87. I knew this was a cheap looking product when I bought it, but it was the only thing I could find in my local store to raise my comb, so I got it and hoped for the best. One good thing about the kit is that it comes with several different foam pad sizes to put under the neoprene sleeve, however, they shift around after just about every gun mount, so re-arranging them gets very annoying. Also, if you ever need to adjust the amount of pads or change them out, the used ones will be pretty smushed, having lost their shape for the most part. I decided to go with a Beretta gel cheek protector/comb raiser, which looks better, and it wont move around, which is better for me, as I shoot competitively and often. If you rarely go the range and want something that will help raise your comb, this would be an OK product to get, however, for about $10 more you can get something much better.

doesn't workGiven the tightness of the neoprene sleeve this is not an aid that you want to be removing and replacing frequently. Unfortunately the bolt of my TC 30.06 cannot be extracted with the comb raiser in place. I have tried to cover the pads with removable stock sleeves but have not found one which satisfies the situation
