Good LureI bought several of these crank lures in different color patterns. They work great for shore lake fishing. Easy to control the depth. Still float with a 12" steel leader.

great for small to mid-sized creeksSmaller hooks tend to allow this lure to bounce off the bottom instead of getting hung-up. Also, this lure has an excellent action when bounced off the bottom. And, most importantly, it catches bass!
Last Fourth of July alone, I caught TWENTY smallmouths witht his crank while wading/shoreline fishing for 5 hours in my local creek (Susquehanna watershed), including a few over the 20-inch mark. Even on Dec 28th, i caught a 21-inch SMB with this crank. I've even caught small tiger muskies on this thing. (See photos). Everything caught and released with ease.
Hooks are not the best quality, but get the job done. I have not noticed i miss fish because of the hooks like some other reviewers have mentioned.
I had the most luck with the green crawdad coloration.

good crank baitlure has great action and have used different colors in this bait. i have changed the front hooks on some of them the only fault with the bait is the hooks. seem to miss a lot of strikes with the small hooks, I have caught a lot of different species of fish on them

durablerun true, dive well, great colors, priced right and deflect of stumps and rock everytime (no snags) finishes look good but also stand up to obsticles and multiple fish. they have been hit hard by bass and still look good

It Produces!It's not fancy, it just works, this lure constantly out produces it's more expensive counter parts, it is a must have in these southern Louisiana moody waters!
