Treasure to trash in 15 minutesHandle flew off the reel after using for 15 minutes. The line was slipping while casting before releasing the button so that was also a major weakness.

same reel on Bass Pro Viper ComboI wrote review on this reel under the Bass Pro Viper Combo. It's Bass Pro's only 4:3-1. Retrieval pin missing, line jammed in spool upon receiving inspection. Come on Bass Pro, where is quality control? Your name is on the product. After reading other review, it sounds like a "reel" treat using. I'll let you know.

Reel BadThe one thing I have always loved about bass pro is that they have something for everybody. From the pro to the weekend fisherman. This is a reel for the weekend kind of customer. However it does not work well enough to have the Bass pro name on it. The drag is very poor. It will not stay adjusted at all. The line pickup pins are not consistent at all. If you have any slack in the line it won't pick up the line. All these problems straight out the box. I was very disappointed.
what is the easiest way to change the line on this model? Model SPSC10,
