I know this is intended for a 2 3/8” diameter pedestal & would like to know the inside diameter of the collar on the underside of the mount (believing that collar fits inside the pedestal).  Might it fit with collat on OUTSIDE of 1.77” pedestal?

Yes i would like to make sure the seat mount will attach to the pro tourney bass seat i selected and that the seat mount is compatable with the pedestal i selected
