7'2" lightpretty good rod overall, i bought it with intention of using it for a bluegill float/popper rod, i wanted the extra length to cast farther. i have not used it set up like that yet but have caught a bunch of average 7-8 inch sized gills and it has a pretty decent feel for a light rod, i can tell this rod would handle a decent bass and would also work great for throwing the old rubber worms and also might be even better as a walleye rod with lighter weight jigs. overall i am very pleased with the purchase, only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the big ugly panfish elite sticker by the rod handle

No terminal eyeIt came quick enough but no top eye. I had to fix it myself as I did not want to send it back. A waste on time fuel and $.

another addition from the seriesI bought the 7 foot 2 inch ML version a month ago. Love it, as in previous review , use it for ned rigging and light lures for ponds and small waters . Was so impressed , I just got th
6 foot 8 L version for tossing TINY jigs in those same small waters . ANOTHER home run , great for what I use it for , can also handle a bigger fish if needed , very satisfied with both rods from the Pan Fish Elite Series .

Quality RodI have rods from St. Croix, G. Loomis, Falcon etc. These new Panfish Elites are of fantastic action and quality. Genuine Fuji brand components and good blanks. Definitely worth the money. I bought the 6’8” 2 piece version.
