Blades fall offI bought 2 of these for my son for a night fishing trip. After 10 minutes of fishing, he told me he couldn’t feel the blades thumping anymore. I figured it was weeded up. When he shined a light on the lure, we found the blade had fallen off. He tied on the 2nd one. After a dozen casts, same thing with this one. I’ll never buy a BPS spinner bait again.

Laser Eye Spinner BaitsI have always used these spinner baits. Heck I remember buying them for $1.79 ea... I always got Fire Tiger , Black , Crawdad and White all in 3/8 and 1/2 ounce usually 5 of each. This time I never did get my White ones , they were on “back order” for about a month. Now I see that not only are the White ones available for back order but so are all the rest , except for Black & Red 1/2 ounce.” Be that as it may these are GREAT!!!! I’ve taken Walleye and Bass , even a few big Crappie with ‘em.

Cheap madeYou average 20 fish per bait, then it breaks. Need to make stronger for the price.

Great Spinner BaitThe only problem I've had with them is getting enough of em. We fish a swift water river in the hot months for bass and the Colorado blades are what work best in this system. If you get hung up your going to lose it and that gets expensive. When your catching 4, 5, 6, lb bass in the river with the current @ 4 mph, there going to tear the spinner bait up I don't care what price you pay for em. Bass are not price conscience, but I am.

Good for priceBought 10 of these for 6 daysof Canada fishing. That's casting well over 1,000 casts. Northern and smallys were tearing it up. I had completely distroyed all 10 I bought by weeks end. Understandably so tho, only problem I had is 2 of these spinners were hit by a fish and completely broke the spinner in half. I reeled up the wire with the Colorado blades attached.. That's it. The wire broke just above the head weight both times. Wear and tear on the other 8 was justified. The other 2 is not. Some blades were tore off after a hit by a fish. That was frustrating.

cheap for a reasonThey're good for about 5 decent smallies before they break. Lost a bass of a lifetime due to the wire breaking. Gave 1 star because of price.

excellent cost-savingsThis spinnerbait caught the largest of our young fishery's bass. The fishery is only two years old and the largest bass are about 4 pounds. The paint is coming off the head of the spinnerbait, but with the addition of a brown and chartreuse riverbug from BPS for a trailer, the big bass still go for it.
