These Bass Pro Shops® Kwik Connect Posts use a 3/4" pin system. Each post features a corrosion-resistant anodized finish that stands up to the elements, and meets the ABYC standard for H-31 Type B seating.

Good ProductAfter an expensive, "try this and try that" go around with pedestals for my son and I, (he's 200# +, and I am 250#) I decided to go with the Kwik Connect 15" with the spring loaded seat swivel. We've used them multiple times now with no failure or bending. We are very happy with this selection. These are comfortable combinations to sit on for a day in the boat, for taller people.

Good replacementBetter than the original equipment which was the screw in type. I fish mostly in salt water so when the post broke, I was unable to unscrew due to the rust from the salt water. The quick connect plate and post have been the answer so far.

Great QualityBought two of these and they work great. Can't complain at all. The 13" works perfect for padded seats coupled with the spring mount.
Will this work on a 2019 ranger rt 188 the original pedestal is threaded ?

Will the post fit like the original post in my 2017 Sun Tracker pontoon boat?

Hi, the Bass Pro Shops Kwik Connect Posts will fit the Bass Pro Shops Pedestal Deck Plate - Kwik Connect SKU: 1852111 or SKU: 1852113. If you have this mount on your boat it will fit. If not, you will need to contact Sun Tracker Parts Department. Thanks

what is the outside diameter of BOTH the larger/fatter part of this post and the smaller/skinner end of the post?
asking because ill be using this post similar to how a bike seat post is mounted on a bike. the outer diameter is critical in my application.

The widest part of the shaft (Big shaft) is 1.772”. The smaller shaft with the Kwik Connect is .753”. Thank you for your question!
