The business account discount program is not available at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s retail store locations or through our retail websites. All orders must be placed through the Business Sales Department. Sorry, we are unable to use 3rd party shipping accounts. We offer very competitive shipping rates. We also offer free shipping for in-store pick up at one of our local retail stores, subject to order size and availability.

Discounts vary by item. Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s “House” brands generally receive a higher discount than non Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s brand items. Business discounts are calculated as a percentage off the original published retail price. Your discount level will be determined when your account application is approved.
Note: Discount exclusions may exist on certain brands, items or quantities.

All Tax Exempt accounts require an approved business application and a valid tax exempt certificate on file. After submitting your Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s Business Account Application, please send a copy of your tax exempt certificate to Sales@BusinessSales.basspro.com, an outfitter will tie your certificate to your account application, and contact you once your tax exempt account has been approved and established.

Most business orders do have shipping applied due to the discount applied to each piece of merchandise on the order. Please note: Business Sales provides business customers with the best deal! If you can go online and get the item cheaper than your discounted price due to a sale and free shipping, we will match the online sale plus free shipping deal! If the free shipping deal is better than your B2B discount, we will honor whichever is better!

At this time, business orders cannot be placed online. Please call us at 800.243.6626 | Option 1 or email Sales@BusinessSales.basspro.com to place an order on your business account or to request a quote.

Most custom orders are non-returnable. If you experience an issue with your custom product upon arrival, please contact Business Sales at 800.243.6626 | Option 1 to discuss replacement options. If you need to provide pictures of your order upon receipt, please send to Sales@BusinessSales.basspro.com with a brief explanation of the issue at hand.

We are unable to accept merchandise that has been purchased elsewhere for customization, as we would be unable to replace the merchandise should an issue arise during production. If you do not see the product you need in our catalog or online, please contact us to discuss our special order options.

Unfortunately, you are unable to place tax exempt orders online. Please complete a Business Sales Account Application and send your tax-exempt certificate to Sales@BusinessSales.basspro.com to get your tax exempt account established.

Our tax-exempt system requires each tax exemption certification to be tied to a valid business account. If you are simply tax exempt and have no business relation, your account will be setup upon receipt of your application, and you will be provided with a customer number to place tax exempt orders through your account within 24-48 hours.
