Lasts foreverI have used this bag almost daily for 4 years. Been around the world multiple times and on many deployments. Perfect amount of pockets for all your tech needs. Getting ready to purchase a new one as the seams are starting to separate. But what do you expect after 4 years of continual use. Glad they are still making them. Let's hope the quality had remained the same.

Poor Quality ProductgI purchased this backpack for everyday use about 6 months ago. Since then the clip on the kidney belt has broken and two zipper handles/strings have broken. I do not believe I have been overly abusive to this pack and I am disappointed in its quality.

Tough as nailsI use this backpack every day. I carry my laptop and everything that I need for business and travel in it, and I don't exactly baby it. This backpack has performed tremendously well and has worn extremely well over the past two years. It has plenty of space and just enough pockets, without being too gadgety. This is a terrific bag.

Great BagBag served it's purpose on 2 month Ecuador back pack trip. Has numerous pockets and places to hide stuff. Very tough. The only thing that I didn't like was the bulky waist straps, sometimes they were in the way when fitting in between the bus seats.
Is the pack water resistant? Do they make waterproof covers?
Asked by: Momg
This pack is not water resistant. We offer SKU 1726040 (Ascend Backpack Cover) which is made of a durable, water-resistant 210 denier polyester construction.

Does it have an internal sleeve to hold a hydration bladder and an opening for the drinking tube?
Asked by: Matt132
Thank you for your question!
This particular daypack will not be compatible with a hydration bladder, I'm sorry to say. Generally the bags which are will make a note of that in their description, but feel free to ask on any bags you're interested in and we'll be more than happy to double check.
I hope this information helps!

What is the best way to pack (or will one pack), an ascend 20 degree mummy bag in the 3000 daypack?
Asked by: Isaac26
I would strap it below the pack. This pack doesn't have one big compartment that would handle a sleeping bag.
