Advanced Torque Stability® technology in the footbed supports and cushions your feet all day long, promoting good posture and reducing fatigue. Sturdy, long-lasting Duratread™ rubber compound outsole resists high heat, as well as wear, oil, slips, and common barnyard acids. Rated 5 out of 5 by Stihlwoodhog from Holds up very well They are EDW boots. Work in auto repair industry and live the outdoor life. I have had 3 pairs and the reason they get replaced is I wear the heel out on the inside of the boot. They work hard, play hard and wear well to dinner. Took me way to long to finally figure out that these boots are way better than the big box store boots. Do yourself a favor, their worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cknof21 from Great quality I bought a pair of these boots size 10-D back in 2013, and i sadly had to retire them 2 weeks ago. I am very impressed with these boots and the abuse they have gone through in 4 years. I wore the boots daily. I never wore a different shoe/boot up until now, only because they were given to me last Christmas. The steel toe has saved me from losing my toes while using a chainsaw and the log rolled causing the saw to fall onto my toe. Also, even though these boots are not stated as "waterproof" i beg to differ. I have slipped off of a dock at a lake and partially fallen into the water up to my knee before i caught myself. I thought for sure my foot and the inside of my boot would be soaked, but they werent. I did have to replace the insoles once, but that was only due to them being worn out from continuous use for 3 years. As i said before i am amazed at the quality of the boots, i would still be wearing them today if it wasnt for some jerk filling my muck boots that i use for the barn with water, but since i had to work i wore my ariats. They are now retired from the abuse they have taken over the years and i am pleased to say i will be purchasing another pair shortly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bigcountry from Unhappy I got my first pair of ariat boots 7 years ago and are still going strong but i bought a pair of these boots last October and my right boot heel ripped and was cutting my heal, so after 6 months I returned them and got another pair of the same boot and 6 months later again the heels are ripping and cutting my heels. I love ariat boots but I will never buy these boots again.
