The first Arctic Oven® model with a built-in vestibule, this tent gives campers an extra 26 square feet of covered storage space outside the tent's door. A true 4 season camping tent with an integrated vestibule, the Arctic Oven 10 from Alaska Tent & Tarp comes ready for camping in the coldest conditions. With a body made of breathable and water repellent Vapex material, the Arctic Oven delivers a waterproof, condensation-free interior. Further protection comes from a rainfly and bathtub floor made of heavy-duty 4 oz. urethane coated oxford nylon. Proven again and again in extreme conditions from the North Pole to the South Pole, this heavy-duty tent combines fire resistant materials with a 3" silicone stove jack, with removable cover flap on the fly, allowing you to use a stove inside for warmth (sold separately). High and low tubular vents provide flow-through ventilation to eliminate carbon-monoxide danger without infringing on living space. Popular among hunters, trappers and other outdoor enthusiasts, the Arctic Oven 10 tent sleeps three people in the winter camping months or four to five people during the warmer months when no stove is needed.
This high performance design maximizes its 90 square feet of floor space with steep side walls and condensation-free design that lets campers place gear or sleep right up against the wall. The Arctic Oven model with the largest vestibule space, this tent gives campers an extra 26 square feet of covered storage space outside the tent's door. Arctic Oven tents go up fast, even with your gloves on, so you can get out of the cold fast. Side releasing, 1" buckles with high strength webbing attach the tent body to the self-standing aluminum framing poles and hub with 1/4" Arctic grade bungee cords. Designed to perform in any condition, these tents feature arctic-grade vinyl reinforcements on tent corners and at the high wind tie out points with a -60ÁF temperature rating. The Arctic Oven 10 also features sturdy #10 zippers, bug screen windows in the front door and back wall, and utility loops and storage pockets for gear. Floor dimensions: 9'6" x 9'6". Best 4-Season tent madeThis tent is one truly remarkable tent. Quality second to none. The Vapex wicks moisture out of the main tent even when I had wet cloths drying. Once it hits the rain fly it condensates and runs down the inside of the fly and out past the bottom of the tent. Thanks to a rain fly that comes out a foot past the bottom of the tent. Between the vapex's insulating properties and the air gap between the fly and the tent body makes this the warmest tent out there for winter camping. Depending on where you live it is a true 4 season tent. If you live in a warm place I would call this a fall/winter tent. but up here in Alaska, this is the tent to have. A little wood and this tent will keep you warm and dry even at -35 below. Best hunting tent out there even without a wood stove to keep you warm. The tent is surprisingly warm down to about 35-40 above. have to open the tent up for temps above 60. If you want a dry tent that is a step beyond every other tent this is the one.

A/O 10Bought this tent as a "one man" winter "snowmobile in" tent with a Kni-Co Trekker stove/pipe kit. BP had to reship the pipe kit 3 times before I got the right kit for the tent. You will want one 4 inch x 16 and two x 3 inch x 16 extensions from Kni-Co so you do not burn a hole in the expensive tent to get the pipe exit high enough. The base pipe kit sold does not even clear the height of the top. I added a Kni-Co stack robber and made a baffle plate for inside the stove. No burn holes yet.
This is a "one" season tent.Thats what its good at. Its low tech "butted" fly seams leak in the rain (even with seam sealer) but the Vapex body keeps the drips off you inside. The lack of screens in the vent tubes and no cover for the body pipe hole are disappointing for this price point. Insulates well. No guy ropes included also disappointing for the cost of the tent.
BP still has not listed the proper ground sheet and floor liner/attic accessories for the 10 size tent. Really expensive shipping costs dealing direct with mfg. Ended up going a different route as the cost of a ground sheet and floor liner shipped to me was more than a whole premium 4 season tent! If I had to do it again would buy a 10x12 Wall Tent for the money.
