The Heckler & Koch® VP™ SK Semi-Auto Pistol is a scaled down model of the standard VP pistol, meant for concealed carry use. The VP SK (SubKompact) utilizes an enhanced HK Precise Strike trigger to give shooters a short, light take-up with a solid, single action type break, followed by a short positive reset. The Precise Strike trigger enables shooters to obtain the pistol's full accuracy potential, and greatly enhances fire control when delivering repeated shots on target quickly. The ergonomic polymer main frame comes with 3 changeable backstraps and 6 side panels to custom fit the pistol to any hand size. A beavertail-like tang at the top of the backstrap and an undercut triggerguard encourages shooters to grip high, close to the bore's centerline axis, which manages recoil for fast follow-up shots. An abbreviated Picatinny rail molded into the frame provides for the attachment of tactical sights and lights. The machined steel slide is protected from corrosion and wear by HK's proprietary black finish. The slide features aggressive front and rear serrations and patented charging supports mounted to the slide to aid in loading and clearing the weapon. Robust, steel 3-dot sights get on target quickly and won't get bumped out of alignment. All controls are completely ambidextrous. The VP SK Semi-Auto Pistol uses HK's famous cold hammer forged barrel with a polygonal bore that contributes to longevity and accuracy. A beefy claw-type extractor and thick steel ejector provide flawless cycling. Ships with 2 magazines.
