Stopped making larger sizesI've bought and worn these boots for several years and love them. For some reason Cabela's?Bass Pro stopped making them in 15 and 16 sizes. What a shame. Not sure how to find a quality hunting boat now but it won't be at this store. Sad :(

Great boot for a great priceWell, I must say that this is a quality boot. I was worried about how they would handle the -10 , -20 weather but they were great.
I just took them ice fishing, wore one pair of thermal socks and they handled great. excellent waterproof abilities and the warmth was there. broke in very fast.
love it. great boot

Comfort, not durable...I bought these prior to archery deer season. I out close to 60 miles on them in the last three months between deer and small game hunting. Although the boot has been comfortable, they're not holding up. Wet grass and snow will lead to soak and wet feet. I've treated them with high dollar leather treatment from day one and it doesn't matter, they still leak through really bad. I sat in a three hour rain the third day owning them and feet were soaked. Leather is also already breaking down and has deep gouges and scratches from beating the bush for rabbit. Although they are comfortable, I will never but these boots again, they just don't provide the reliability I need in a boot.

Very Nice BootI bought this boot about a month ago. Fit perfectly right out of the box. Very comfortable as I have worn it hunting 3 times so far on 25-30 degree temps. I would certainly buy another pair.

Not Bad, Some Design FlawLower most cleat broke off. Manufacturer needs to fix this flaw. Other than that, they're warm and dry for hunting.

Good boot, 1 poor design featureI bought these boots before an Elk hunt a little over a month ago since they were gortex, insulated, and fit comfortably. I broke them in for a couple days before the hunt and was pleasantly surprised how well my feet were feeling. On the first day actually hiking in them, the lower-most "cleat" on my left boot (where you strap down your laces) snapped off. Other than that poor cleat design, which I think is pretty important since that's what holds the boot tight to your ankle, the boots were okay. I returned them with no issues a little over a week after I bought them.
PROS: Warm, comfortable, affordable
CONS: Weak lace cleats, expect them to snap off
Thanks for the question. No the soles are not heat resistant.

Both customer comments mentioned poor quality lace clips which broke off. Has this weakness been corrected?
