CarefulI have bought 2 aqua view products and for 2 seasons each they worked well. However there is no help from aqua view itself, their customer support is atrocious. Had a large Muskie bite the camera and expose the wires which let water into the camera housing. I wanted to BUY a new camera and repair it, they wanted more than I paid for the whole unit. No support and batteries are also suspect.

AquaviewWe bought this underwater camera. It works good but battery life is short and the charger that came with it does not charge well. We borrowed the neighbors charger from an older model, which worked much better.

great!!this is my first aqua-vu and I'm very happy with it. you simply can't beat it. watching fish attack your lure never gets old. i will say in low light conditions its not the best. but manageable

Great Fishing ToolI’ve always used my electronics to find Bass and Crappie. I finally decided to try an Aqua-Vu and wow. It’s the perfect tool to compliment my electronics. You can use it to see fish of course, but you can also use it to see bottom type, such as shell beds, Clay, sand, gravel and grass type. I use this camera nearly every time I go out scouting now.

Was cautiousBought this camera after my older marcum quit working. Weighed buying this camera or another marcum. Decided to buy both. Well i returned the marcum. Used both of them side by side. The marcum picture was not as good as the aqua view. The way the aqua view is packaged is awesome. battery on the aqua view lasted 8 hours and was still going. my original marcum lasted 7 years so felt attached to the new marcum. But hands down after my side by side test the aqua view is better

Quality meets AffordabilityHave reviewed the negative reviews, I must say, I was a bit concerned. When I received the unit, quality was good and build felt strong. I have used this for 3 days straight, being a old timer fisherman I was extremely surprised at how well this camera works ! It changed my whole idea of ice fishing and the sport, it is very fun to watch the different actions of the fish which teaches you a new dimension of fishing. The unit is good, the display was great and I hooked it to a old tv I had and mounted on the ice shack. I recommend.

Worked great for 7 uses then just quitI bought the Aqua-Vu 715c in 2017 September or November, I have only used it 7 times since then and now the red power light comes and goes out in about 15 seconds no camera function and black screen
Can I get a charger to hook into a cigarette lighter with this system

Thank you for choosing Bass Pro Shops. The manufacturer’s website does have an Auxiliary Power Cord that plugs into 12-volt cigarette lighter.

Thanks for your question. The Aqua-Vu XD Series Telescopic Pole Adapter (https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/Aqua-Vu-XD-Series-Telescopic-Pole-Adaptor) does not include the pole itself; it is in fact an adapter meant to attach the camera to the Aqua-Vu Telescopic Viewing Pole (not available through Bass Pro at this time) or to a telescopic painter's pole.

Can this fish camera be used when boat fishing during the summer or will the temps be too warm for the unit?
