Introducing the next level of marine safety! The 1st Mate® Marine Safety and Security System for Mercury® Smartcraft® Engines creates a man-overboard monitoring system that covers the boat's captain and up to 7 passengers. In the case of the captain going overboard, the 1st Mate device immediately stops the engine, and the system sounds an alarm through the wearable fobs/devices and mobile devices. The system marks the captain's location via GPS, and it sends instructions to passengers on how to return to the place where the captain went overboard. The 1st Mate Marine Safety and Security System continues to send alerts to the hub, the app, and the wearable fobs worn by the boat's passengers. If any passengers fall overboard, the system reacts the same way, however, it does not automatically cut the engine. This boating safety system also features theft deterrent functionality. This kit works with Mercury Smartcraft engines only. System includes the vessel hub, harness, captain fob, an adjustable wristband, and carabiner clip. Passenger fobs and other wearables are not included.
