Manufactured in Italy by F.LLI Pietta, EMF's 1873 Great Western II "Californian" is a single action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum. It features a hammer forged 4.75-inch steel barrel and frame that are drop-forged from steel and then CNC machined. Additionally, it has a distressed "antique" finish, and includes a larger front sight and wider rear sight for faster acquisition. Just like the original Colts, these "period correct" revolvers have a floating firing pin in the hammer and case-hardened frames.
