FN ~ SA-22 ~ .22 LR

For your consideration is an FN Model SA-22 chambered in .22 LR. This firearm features a 19 1/4" barrel with a bright excellent bore. This is an uncommon and early "Model A" top-feeding rifle manufactured by FN sometime between 1914-1955. The metal surfaces retain about 98% later added blue with some light oxidation on the heel of the buttplate and some scattered spots of softened light pitting beneath the finish. The wooden stock and handguard are in Very good condition with some minor handling marks throughout. The barrel is installed extremely tightly and the ability to take down the gun could not be verified.
