Colt Army Special double-action revolver chambered in .32-20 Winchester. Released in 1908 to compete for a US Army contract, the revolver was later renamed the "Colt's Official Police" in 1927 in order to appeal to law enforcement agencies. The serial number (498701) indicates that the revolver was produced in 1923. Appears to have been refinished and original grips replaced. Name "Harmon" scratched into the butt.
