Description
The Marlin Levermatic series featured a unique cam and roller action allowing a very short throw lever gun. This along with the one-piece stock, bedded action, and the Micro-Groove rifling produced a rifle that had minute to sub-minute of angle groups. This in a time when such a thing was only dreamed of in specially built rifles. The Model 56 was designed for the low-price market and is a real achievement for the time.
