Laurona Sidelock Ejector Game Gun in 12 Gauge. Chambered 2 3/4 Inches. Similar to the recent Model 502, but of higher quality, this gun has 27 3/4" chopperlump bbls. fitted with slightly raised flat matted rib. "Laurona" name and address and "Made in Spain" are marked on top. Bbl. flats are stamped with 1963 Spanish Nitro proofs for 2 3/4" chambers. Coin finished sidelock action features nonautomatic safety, hidden third fastener, bushed strikers, H&H hand detachable locks, raised rib tumbler end cocking indicators and gold plated triggers (front articulated). Action and lockplates are engraved with near full coverage nicely hand cut large shaded scroll within geometric borders. "Laurona" is on arched device on each lockplate and "LAURONA" "EIBAR" is on bottom of action. Trigger guard with scroll on bow has serial number on tang. Straight grip buttstock of relatively plain European walnut measures 14 3/4" over red "Whiteline" pad. Stock features usual drop points and point pattern checkering.
