The Savage® 10 BAT/S-K is offered as part of Savage's series of specialty rifles; this one is specifically designed for tactical, long-range shooting. It has a Savage blueprinted action. The chassis has an AR-style pistol grips and uses AICS-patterned magazines. The 10 BAT/S-K comes equipped with an adjustable buttstock with an adjustable cheek riser. The 10 has the Savage AccuTrigger® that is user adjustable to obtain a light, crisp release with no creep. The heavy contour, fluted barrel is threaded (5/8x24). The rail accommodates the attachment optical sights. The bolt handle is oversized for ease of manipulation, and a 3-position safety allows the chamber to be loaded and unloaded with the safety engaged.
