Description
For your consideration is a Marlin Ballard No.5 Pacific chambered in .45-100. A very interesting rifle, with some quality period modifications, the rifle has had a nice pewter forend tip fitted, and its buttstock has been completely covered, very professionally, wrapped no doubt by a saddler or holster maker. The rifle also has a heavy octagonal barrel, bright with strong rifling. Consider this interesting American period piece for your collection.
