Remington ~ XP100 ~ .221 Remington Fireball

The Remington XP-100 is a bolt-action pistol produced by Remington Arms from 1963 to 1998. One of the first handguns designed for long-range shooting, this pistol is noted for its accuracy and remains prized for handgun varminting, and metallic silhouette shooting, which is believed to be this specific pistol's past history. This very early serial numbered firearm is based on Remington's Model 40X target action, with a vent rib 10.75 inch barrel, in the classic .221 Fireball cartridge. This single shot pistol comes with both the original center grip Zytel stock, and a beautiful custom wood stock (installed). The extractor shows some wear, however, it is in overall very good condition.
