The machined barrel is micro-threaded and is threaded into the receiver for optimal barrel/cylinder gap. The Rough Rider is based around the Colt Single-Action Army, which is why it points so naturally. The front sight features a fiber optic insert, insuring expedited transitions going from target to target.
