The Vortek StrikerFire eliminates the external hammer, enhancing accuracy with faster locktime, and providing the ability to mount your scope closer to the line of bore. The Vortek Strikerfire system also enables hunters to cock and decock their rifles quietly in the presence of wary game. For the ultimate safety of the user the Vortek is equipped with an automatic de-cocking mechanism - when the gun is opened, it is automatically de-cocked. The Quick-T™ ramrod handle provides comfort on the user's hand when loading, and allows the ramrod to function as a cleaning rod as well. The Drury Brothers Vortek StrikerFire comes with scope rings and bases; a 3-9x40mm scope, mounted and factory boresighted; and a deluxe case featuring reinforced handles, custom padding, and zipper side storage. The Accelerator Breech Plug™ allows access to the breech with just 3 full turns of the hand. A 28" ultralight, chromoly tapered, and fluted barrel provides excellent accuracy, while the LT-1 alloy frame keeps the gun light and extremely well balanced. Both the barrel and frame are coated in premium CeraKote® finish, which is more corrosion-resistant than stainless steel. The synthetic stock and forend feature Hogue™ Comfort-Grip Overmolding for a non-slip grip in all weather conditions, and are finished in Mossy Oak® Treestand® camo. The butt-stock also features a Stow-N-Go removable butt pad, allowing the butt pad to be removed with the press of a button for convenient storage inside the stock. The Vortek StrikerFire has a dual safety system and the TAC2™ 2-stage trigger. The Drury Brothers Muzzleloader Combo provides you with everything you need to fill your tag.
