Aimpoint® designed the CompM4s Reflex Sight to be used by standard infantry soldiers in the US Army and other NATO countries. The sight is extremely rugged, with many design features to enhance effectiveness in combat environments. The CompM4s is parallax free with infinite eye relief for instant target acquisition, allowing you to engage targets with head up and both eyes open to maximize situational awareness by eliminating blind spots. A QRP2 Mount attaches the sight to any Picatinny rail with twice the clamping force of the original QRP military mount, and a wider and shorter mounting knob improves operation with minimal risk of snagging on other gear. A patented recoil absorption system on the mount base keeps your weapon zeroed in during rough tactical use. The 2 MOA dot reticle features 7 night vision brightness settings and 9 daytime settings, and is compatible with all generations of Night Vision Devices (NVD). The CompM4s also comes with a threaded front lens opening for the included killFlash® anti-reflection device. High-strength, anodized aluminum houses the anti-reflective glass; and the 5/8 MOA click windage and elevation adjustments have improved caps to protect against impact. The Aimpoint CompM4s Reflex Sight runs on 1 common AA battery (included) for over 8 years of continuous use. This sight is waterproof to a submersion rating of 150'. Comes with a standard spacer and bikini rubber lens covers.
