  • Unique body design
  • Gliding tail wing
  • Fixed nose and tail hooks
  • Black VMC® nickel belly hook
  • Hand tuned and tank tested
The unique design of the Rapala Snap Rap affords anglers another technique when fishing sandy and gravel bottoms, as well as deep West Coast reservoirs. Fished with a snap retrieve method, this tough little bait features durable body construction and is appropriate for all species of game fish. When retrieved as instructed, the Snap Rap darts fast on the rod snap, then quickly glides back to the bottom. It features a gliding tail wing and is hand tuned and tank tested. Ideal for casting and vertical jigging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Snap Rap First cast out of the package caught a nice largemouth bass. This is an amazing jigging lure. Had much success with it and landed my biggest walleye ever with it. July 31, 2013

Staff Answer
A:
Yes, Shad Rap in a sharp ''snapping'' motion will cause the lure to circle faster. A quick ''vibrating'' motion can also be used at fixed depths to draw strikes from bass, walleye, salmon, trout and pike.
