Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT!!! I have 2 80's that I use in up to 40 feet of water and couldn't be happier. I love the smooth bearings and action. I also have 3 50's for Trout and Reds and swear by them not at them as I did with the previous reels. March 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST REEL ON EARTH. this is the best reel on earth. 40 size and you can get any freshwater to inshore saltwater. I believe that their's no other reel that can beat it for the price and i even think is better than some higher priced reels. this is coming from a person that used shimano, penn, daiwa and other top quality reel manufactures. Rated 4 out of 5 by one of best spinning reels This is one of the best spinning reels I've owned (I have over 30 years fishing experience.) I am referring to the previous design older model. I have the 40 size and use it in brackish and salt water. It has caught hundreds of fish over several years the biggest being a shore caught 30# salmon. Its durable, strong, fast line retrieve, sealed well from the elements, strong drag, can handle braid, magnetic bail doesn't break down, for real instant anti-reverse, and the best part, a solid one-piece metal handle - no fear of it getting unscrewed. The only bad part is a slight tisting of the line which causes wind knots in braid and twisted line with spinner baits. November 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome product I fish for bass with a Quantum XPO PTi reel, and love it. I was asked to purchse a backwater capable reel for my daughters husband. After much investigation I chose the Cabo. This was a blind test, as I did not toss w/it. The recipient has landed 4 snook and many trout and redfish in 2 weeks. He bought 2 more (a doctor), I wish I could afford that! October 17, 2013

You will want to look for a Saltwater Spinning Rod 6’ and up rod which is rated for 20# to 30# mono line. Trolling is one of the most productive methods of catching dolphin. Also, try a stand-up rod.
