I tried P-Line about 4 yrs ago and was absolutely amazed. I have used just about every brand of line out there and there is no doubt in my mind, none of them can compete. My first real experience that convinced me was when I accidently snagged my crankbait on a log. After realizing that I was going to have to break my line, I started pulling about as hard as I possibly could. Finally, after a frustrating struggle that soon turned humorous to me and my two friends I was fishing with, my line went slack. I started to reel in to tie on another crankbait and I began feeling that familiar vibration in my rod and I thought to myself, no way. Sure enough, I finished reeling in my crankbait only to find that the rear hook was missing and the only thing left was what looked like a piece of wire. After my friends and I investigated, we realized that what looked like a piece of wire was actually the split ring, completely straightened out except for a little curl at the end that was keeping it connected to the lure. This was no little finesse crankbait either- it was a 7/16 oz jointed crankbait with two #4 treble hooks. Even more amazing is the fact that I was using 10 pound test. Soon enough I had convinced a majority of the people I fish with to try P-Line, and everyone agreed. Needless to say, all nine of my reels are spooled with P-Line and always will be. It has great cast ability, high abrasion resistance, and excellent knot strength. Simply put, you will not find a stronger line than this. If you don't believe me then buy some, spool your line, tie on a lure, go purposely get snagged and try to break this line. You'll be amazed with the strength.

Great multi-purpose line.
I use the 10lb. Moss Green. This line is a great bridge between flourocarbon and mono. It does not sink like flouro, so it works with topwater lures. It does not ride high like mono but you can still see the lure sink rate and strikes. The breaking strength is double the rating. I have better hook sets than with mono due to less stretch. This is an advantage being seated in a Kayak with a limited range of motion. The water I fish is too clear for braid. Memory is not a problem on my Citica reels. This line is not as stiff as Yo-zuri Hybrid, which is what I replaced.

i have used just about every fishing line thats on the market today and i am a huge fan of p-line.i sometimes fish a small lake here in iowa and have to walk in to get to the lake, which is in the middle of a huge timber.i have gotten snagged several times on tree tops throwing a small jig and this p-line is so strong it will straighten the hook on the jig before the line breaks.very strong line and a great prodcut.
