Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Scale! I read the review prior which states the scale does not work. I purchased this based on other on-line reviews and it works great!! Out-of-the-box perfect!! It comes with two weights for confirming the proper readings. It has a simple one button zero for using tare weights. I was able to get +/- 1/10th readings every time so far. When I counter check with a manual scale they match perfectly!! I have used 51 grain, 42 grain, and several other weights to make several hundred rounds so far. The rounds have all shot as expected, beautifully. The 'only' negative thing I have to say about the scale is that it comes on three rubber feet and tends to lean when pressing the buttons. However; with a little care, it is not a big issue at all. Not willing to check quality or durability until I have used it for a few months, but so far so good. 5 Stars!! Well done!! Worth the money!! (Did I mention, it works great!?!?) October 21, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by New Out of Box Does NOT WORK! Purchased this scale and arrived today. While following the simple step by step directions the scale would not calibrate and I would receive an ERROR reading! The one page, 5 paragraph set of directions doesn't include any trouble shooting information nor ERROR code directions???? This isn't a cheap scale, and Hornady I thought made quality products? The quality of this unit is marginal at best and it FAILS to perform. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend them for their digital scales! July 20, 2011
