Bimini Top Accessories - 1/4'' Spring-Loaded Clevis Pin with Lanyard
Well made product
I bought these clips for my plastic bimini mounts. The mounts originally came with screw in type connector. But when you're out on the water all day long it gets really tiresome to screw in the connectors and rough on your skin
The only modification I had to make was drill out the screw holes in the plastic bimini mounts to accept the new Clevis pin. The whole installation time to took about 15 minutes. I wish I would have bought them years ago . Great product.

Too short !!!!
I finally lost my first original pin on my bimini top, so I decided to get 4 of these since they have the lanyards and mount them at all 4 positions for my top braces. The problem is they are TOO SHORT!!! I cannot get the arm on the end to drop down because the pin is not long enough to go all the way through the bracket. What a huge disappointment and waste of time! Sending them back in the morning. I have found longer ones online, will get them instead.

Never drop the clevis pin in the lake again
Attach these handy little things, using a small stainless steel screw, anywhere close to the hinge that holds the bimini top to the boat, and you will never drop a pin in the lake again.
I've lost probably 6 pins before I finally bought these with the lanyard attached.
I definitely recommend this pin for your bimini top!

Clevis pins for Bimimi Top
Check the lenght you need. These pins were about a quater inch too short for the brackets on my frame. I had to grind the tips off the locking tab to get them to lock in-place.
