In 1990 my wife and I bought this tent. Sets up super fast and easy as well as packing it back up is also very easy. It is a good size to use as a pack-able tent also. The first night in it was a horrific storm. No leaks then. Here we are 23 years later and this tent is still not leaking. All the zippers are still in great shape. This is a real quality tent!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dougthecamper Good summer tent
I bought this tent for use in hot summer weather. I chose it because the rain fly doesn't go all the way to the ground. I wanted ventilation on hot nights. The rain fly does go somewhat below the screen and around the front. It also has a rear window, so with the window and screen on the door it should cool off at night. It has good zippers that don't get caught in the nylon. I haven't slept in it yet, but I set it up in my yard. In light rain it was perfectly dry. Tonight we had a significant thunderstorm. It had some water in the corners. Over-all I'm satisfied. I don't expect to have both ventilation and no leaks in a storm. I had been concerned about the rain fly because my last tent had screen right up to the edge of the fly and the rain blew in.
